Seemingly separate, dragons and mountains represent mystery, wisdom, and a spiritual power beyond, yet including, humankind. They have a timeless, profound and majestic beauty. Both spring from the earth to touch the sky. In some mythologies, a direct connection exists between dragons and mountains. In Chinese mythology, for instance, the mountains are the backbone of a slumbering dragon.           Life is not a beach, life is a mountain.
