Very FEW browsers (UidWWW) support this tag. The Banner Tag must be the first tag after the Body tag, before any text or other HTML coding. An image of a plane and the text "Test of the Banner Tag" should be at the very top of this page. If the Banner Tag works, the image and text should always be visible as you scroll down the page.
